Report a problem with a bus or tram stop in Nottingam

At your bus stop

  • A Shelter - at most City Centre and busy stops we have a glass shelter to help keep you protected from the elements, but also to light up the area around the stop. The shelter also contains seats for you to wait comfortably.
  • Realtime information showing the next 3 departures. These displays give the customer confidence that the bus is on the way and how many minutes it will be before arriving at the stop.
  • Robin Hood Ticket Machines, at many bus stops. The new distinctive kiosks, for purchase and top-up of Robin Hood cards are at many of the bus stops and key locations around Nottingham.
  • Frequent routes map in the sheltercase - this shows the most frequent bus and tram services, where you can go with your Robin Hood card and where the boundaries are. Plus a City Centre map of where the bus stops, bus stations and City landmarks are.
  • Bus stop plate - this is at the very top of the bus stop pole showing all the services that will call at this bus stop. We have increased the size of the font to enable more customers to be able to read the service numbers.
  • Timetable cases, most stops have a 4 sided timetable case displaying information about the services from that stop, their route and contact details of the operator.
  • Raised kerbs - to enable a seam free entrance onto the bus. Local buses in Nottingham are all fully accessible, low floor wheelchair and buggy friendly.
  • CCTV - quite a few of our shelters and stops have CCTV cameras installed, this helps to keep our customers safer and also helps to provide information when the bus stop is damaged.
