If you have a query about your Robin Hood Card, e.g. you've lost it, the amount you have paid for a journey or a top up issue with a machine, please contact the Robin Hood Team:

- Visit our Travel Centre at Victoria Bus Station our opening hours are:
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (last transaction will be at 4.45pm with travel advice until 5pm)
9am - 2pm Saturday (last transaction will be at 1.30pm with travel advice until 2pm).
Robin Hood On Street Ticket Machines
If you spot a problem, fault or damage with one of the on street ticket machines, please email [email protected] and let us know the nature of the fault, the road name the machine is on as well as which bus stop it is near. This will help the team speed up visiting the machine and repairing it.
