There are three Robin Hood cards to choose from: Pay As You Go (PAYG) for occasional travellers, Flexible Days for flexible travellers, or Season for regular travellers.
Robin Hood Flexible Days is a multi-operator card that offers unlimited travel on any bus or tram within the Robin Hood Network (Greater Nottingham) area – just purchase 20 or 50 all-day travel passes and use them when it’s convenient for you! Travel beyond the boundary is not permitted on any bus service.

How much is a Flexible Days card?
Please note: there are no Student, 19-21 or Under 19 variants, the price above is applied to every purchase. No refunds are available.
Where can I use the Flexible Days card?
You can use your Flexible Days card on the following services as long as you are travelling within the Robin Hood boundary.
- Nottingham City Transport
- trentbarton (except skylink express, red arrow or trentbarton night buses)
- NET tram
- CT4N
- Linkbus (Locallink)
- Skills (Medilink)
- Kinchbus
- Stagecoach (Pronto, Sherwood Arrow and 141)

Where do I purchase a Flexible Days card?
Your Flexible Days card can be purchased at our Nottingham Travel Centre or online.
Once you have your Flexible Days card, you can then top-up with an additional 20/50 days via the mobile app or online. If you top-up online, the travel passes can then be collected from any tram ticket machine or via the Robin Hood ticketing app.
After purchasing the initial 20 days or 50 days, the passes can be topped up, with the cards holding a maximum of 60 all-day travel passes. Please note that if a top-up purchase exceeds the 60 days limit, the additional days will not be added to the card and you will not be charged for this. A top-up will only be available if your card is below the 60 all-day travel passes limit (i.e. your Flexible Days travel card has 40 or fewer all day travel passes).
Please note that Flexible Days cards expire five years from the date of production, and all Flexible Days products expire two years from the date of purchase.

For example, if a refund is requested for a 50 day Flexible Days pass with 39 days remaining, the refund will be the original price paid for the 50 day pass, minus 11 times the Robin Hood Pay As You Go day cap at time of refund. The calculation would look like this: Original purchase price of £200, minus 11 x £5 (day cap at time of refund) = £145 (this example is not using current prices).
