In person
The Travel Centre has moved to the Nottingham Tourism Centre, Smithy Row (behind the Left Hand Lion) and is now open.
Opening times:
9.30am – 5.15pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday , Friday (except bank holidays)
10.00am – 5.15pm
Wednesday
Online
Before visiting in person, remember that you can do the following online:
- Apply for and renew a concessionary card
- Order a Season or Pay As You Go card
- Top up an existing Pay As You Go card and collect the credit at one of our on street ticket machines (if you have registered your card)
Email or over the phone
The Travel Centre is very busy at the moment and we are working hard to keep queuing times to a minimum. You may be able to avoid queuing by topping up your Robin Hood Card online or at one of the on street ticket machines or on the mobile app.
