Lost Card?

If you lose your card we can replace it, provided the card was registered.

Cards which have a photo on are already registered. Your card must be registered at least 24 hours before you report it lost or stolen to qualify for a refund.

Please email us at info@robinhoodnetwork.co.uk or report in person to the Travel Centre in the Nottingham Tourism Centre, Smithy Row (behind the Left Hand Lion) and we will replace your card with the balance on it when you reported it lost or stolen to us, less a £3 administration fee.

This does not include the initial £3 cost of the card. We’ll post your new card out to you within five working days of your request.

If you have a PAYG or Flexible days card, after you’ve reported it lost/stolen, we will block the card to prevent further use. 48 hours has to elapse before we are able to produce your replacement card to ensure the final balance is correct.
